"Halcyon and change management are the absolute cornerstones of ensuring that people are ready for the technology and can adopt the technology.
"Through the process, we work very closely with the stakeholder group. So with Halcyon, as part of that process, we have adoption champions. And the role of the adoption champions is that peer support, but they get to use the technology. They're trained on the technology prior to the rest of the customers and they're the ones that also become strong advocates for that.
"And what we've seen as a result of the staff surveys is the adoption has been significantly high in using all aspects of the platform. We can also get data through the Analytics to actually see who's using what in Skype for Business and that's been most pleasing."
