Inside IComm: Meet Brooke

We have many talented (and very interesting) people working at Icomm. So much so, that we have decided to write a blog series called ‘Inside Icomm: Meet the Team’. In this edition, we introduce Brooke.

Who are you, and what do you do at IComm? 

I am a Communications Engineer that delves into a little bit of everything. I reside in the customer service space at IComm but have been known to colour outside the lines. 

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I already live in the best City in the world …. Period.

What was your first car?

A gold 1979 V8 Rover with electric windows.

If you were a wrestler, what would your entrance theme song be?

Firestarter by The Prodigy.

What is your typical work-from-home uniform?

I rarely work from home, but when I do I am usually wearing a cat accompanied by a dog sleeping over my feet.

What are the three things you’re DEFINITELY bringing on a desert island?

1. Gourmet Single origin Coffee beans.
2. A coffee machine.
3. Solar Generator to run my coffee machine

If you could teach the world one thing, what would it be?

Keep left unless overtaking.

Favourite tech purchase?

My Powder Blue Gas soldering Iron. – old school cool.

What’s a random thing about you that people probably don’t know?

I can still remember how to program an Ericsson BP 150  by command number.
