IComm Re-certified as a Great Place to Work

For the second year running, we are extremely proud to announce that IComm has been certified as a Great Place to Work.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those insights to define what makes a great workplace: trust.

Their employee survey platform empowers leaders with the feedback, real-time reporting and insights they need to make data-driven people decisions. Everything they do is driven by the mission to build a better world by helping every organization become a great place to work.

Being recognised as a Great Place to Work two years in a row, as well as being awarded in the Top 20 Australian Best Workplaces list is something we are very proud of at IComm.

We take workplace wellness and culture seriously and we always have our team front of mind, so knowing that our staff feel this way brings everyone at IComm an immense sense of pride and joy.


Key highlights from this year’s survey include;

100% of our employees say this is a great place to work, compared to 56% of employees at a typical Australian-based company.

100% of our team say that management shows a sincere interest in them as a person, not just an employee.
