Our Story

Where It All Began
IComm’s story began in 2001, where our focus from a technology viewpoint was Ericsson. Whilst we were awesome at deploying and supporting this technology, two things became very clear:
Firstly, our customers weren’t utilising the technology to its full potential. And secondly, the IT market and associated technology were evolving at an extremely fast pace, meaning if you didn’t move with the times, you would become irrelevant, and quickly!
A Customer-First Approach
So was born our first foray into a practice that focused on customer experience with the technology, and we called it forever training.
This meant that, for the life of the customer, we would actively train them on how to use the technology, and how to use the new functionality that was being developed at breakneck speed.
Fast forward to today, and this remains a major part of our go-to-market approach with our Adopt and Innovate practice, with the desire to make technology easy to use and heavily focused on the user experience. If they can’t use it, we haven’t done our job!
Change the Paint
The second early revelation of technology evolution started a phrase internally that is still used today: “Change the paint.”
We seek out technologies that are going to enhance business lives. Technology evolves so quickly that you must be prepared to pivot, adopt, and change.
Where We Are Now
Our customer innovation hubs in both Melbourne and Sydney showcase the latest technology in an environment that enables users to come, touch, see, and experience what technology can do for them.
We love what we do: doing great work, building client relationships, and making technology feel simple.

As Managing Director for over two decades, I'm passionate about enhancing business lives with technology that just works—especially when it comes to meeting spaces.
A fan of the All Blacks and Collingwood, I believe in the power of passion, teamwork, and growth.
I often remind the team that at IComm, "changing the paint" is part of our DNA, innovation is how we stay in motion.
A coffee enthusiast and motorsport lover—especially Formula 1—I'm passionate about our team, our people, and the customers we support.
I stepped into my new role as Customer Success & AI Lead in 2025, bringing an operational perspective to customer relationships.
Much of my time is spent in early customer conversations, helping organisations explore our approach before handing over to the Adopt + Innovate team.
I have the privilege of leading a dynamic team committed to delivering innovative communication solutions. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, I'm passionate about driving sales growth and building strong client relationships, which are key to IComm's success.
When I'm not working, you'll find me on the golf course or court side with Diamond Valley Basketball Association.
As a trainer and change manager, I'm all about helping people grow—whether that's through technology or personal development.
With a background as a professional musician and tour manager, I've travelled the world and learnt the value of connection.
I'm passionate about making tech meaningful, usually with a macchiato in hand and a good (or bad) joke ready to go.
I'm passionate about building strong teams and helping our customers get the most value from the technology they invest in. Creating an environment where collaboration and trust can thrive is something I care deeply about.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time around the local community and am currently President of the Diamond Creek Football Club. When I get the chance to switch off, you’ll usually find me fishing, camping, or out on the golf course.
As one of IComm's founders, I've been part of the journey since day one, working alongside a team that truly makes it all happen.
I'm passionate about supporting the business behind the scenes—helping us evolve while staying grounded.
A Collingwood supporter and pasta lover, I enjoy bringing people together, whether in the office or around the dinner table.
I bring a deep understanding of project delivery, leadership, and operations.
I'm focused on delivering high-quality solutions and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Outside of work, I enjoy golf and tennis, and I bring the same steady focus and strategy to the course as I do to every project I lead.
I'm proud to lead a team that puts customers first, and I'm passionate about creating great outcomes by combining innovation, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of client needs. With a background in ITIL, finance, and customer experience.
Outside of work, you'll find me singing or performing.
I play a key role in aligning our teams and clients during the pre-sales and delivery process, helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
My role is all about collaboration, communication, and finding the right solution.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, particularly tennis and golf.
