Celebrating Our 2025 Top Dogs

Every year, our Top Dog award recognises individuals who consistently show up for IComm — for the work, for the people, and for the bigger picture.

First introduced in the early 2010s by Managing Director and founder Rob Dell, Top Dog has become a long-standing tradition at IComm. It’s a way of recognising those who embody what we value most, not just in results, but in how they show up every day.

In 2025, two standout contributors rose to the top. We’re proud to recognise Bruna and Fraser as our overall Top Dog winners for the year just gone.

What the Wire Values Look Like in Practice

At IComm, our Wire values guide how we work and how we treat one another:

  • We win in teams: collaboration over ego, backing each other to achieve the best outcome

  • Innovate: staying curious, adaptable, and open to better ways of doing things

  • Respect everyone: valuing people, perspectives, and effort at every level

  • Embrace change: responding positively as technology, teams, and needs evolve

These values aren’t just words on a page. They show up in everyday decisions, quiet problem-solving, and the way people support one another behind the scenes.

Bruna and Fraser exemplified these values throughout 2025, not through big gestures, but through consistency.

Bruna: Founder, Financial Controller, and a Steady Hand at the Helm

As a founder, co-owner, and Financial Controller, Bruna has been part of IComm’s journey for almost 25 years.

She leads with focus and integrity, always doing what’s best for the business and the people within it. Bruna is exceptionally hard working, gets things done, and endlessly supports others.

When presenting the award, Managing Director Rob Dell noted that this was Bruna’s first Top Dog win in nearly 25 years — a reflection not of timing, but of her quiet consistency.

He acknowledged that Bruna has long embodied what Top Dog represents, and that the recognition was well overdue. Her Top Dog win reflects years of dedication, care, and consistency.

Fraser: Reliability, Energy, and Team Spirit

Fraser has been with IComm for several years, playing a key role in operational support — work that keeps everything moving day to day.

He brings a friendly, positive energy to his role, always willing to lend a hand and quick to lift the people around him. His reliability and team-first mindset make a tangible difference, even when the work isn’t always visible.

When presenting the award, Customer and AI Lead Adrian Amore spoke about the importance of recognising work that often goes unnoticed. Among many strong contributors, one person stood out for their consistency, positivity, dependability, and impact.

That person was Fraser.
