Proud to Be a Great Place to Work (Again!)

We woke up proud

We’re officially #19 on the 2025 Best Workplaces in Australia list, and yep, we’re still buzzing.

This marks our third year in the top 20. While we’re not in it for the rankings, it’s a moment that genuinely means something. Not because of the number, but because of the people behind it.

It’s about the team

Culture isn’t built overnight, and it’s not built by one person. It’s the care, commitment, and connection that every single person at IComm brings to work each day.

From the ones solving client challenges to the ones keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, it’s a team effort through and through. And it adds up to a place where people actually want to be.

What makes it work

One of the ways we keep that culture strong is through Walk the Wire, our quarterly peer-nominated recognition program. It’s named after our values: Win in teams, Innovate, Respect everyone, and Embrace change. It’s all about celebrating the little (and big) wins that make a difference.

At the end of the year, we wrap things up with our MVP Awards, voted by the whole team. One for Sales, one for Operations, both a chance to reflect and recognise the people behind the work.

We also use Officevibe pulse surveys to stay in tune with how our people are tracking. The eNPS scores and feedback help us listen, and more importantly, act on what we hear.

Recognition, listening, feedback, and values lived. That’s our baseline.

A moment to celebrate

We don’t take this recognition lightly. It’s a chance to pause, smile, and say thanks to the people who make IComm what it is.

We’ve always said that culture is something you feel, not something you write on a wall. And this moment? It’s proof that what we feel every day is real.

“Being named one of the Best Workplaces is an incredible honour, but more than anything, it’s a reflection of the people who show up every day and make this place what it is.”
- Adrian Amore, Director of Services

Here’s to growing even more, together.
