With the release of Office Communication Server 2007, I-Comm can now federate with partners, clients and business associates. The use of Office Communicator on the desktop as well as mobile devices allows seamless communication to occur with such functionality as one click dialling, Instant Messaging and Live Meetings.
This has proved particularly useful for desktop services to provide support to maintained customers as well as enabling direct communication to partners such as Microsoft and Telstra.
