About the Role

The Project Manager will provide 1st class project management to our existing and new customers and be responsible to project manage using methodologies and process already in place as well as work closely with the Operations Manager to continuously improve on methodologies, processes and documentation.

This is a hands on role, on a daily basis you will be expected to interact with internal and external stakeholders so excellent communication skills are essential.

You will be expected to be competent in all aspects of project management including:

  • Establishing and controlling project schedule and activities
  • Managing project scope and deliverables
  • Managing project risks and issues
  • Reporting project progress to management and stakeholders

Skills and Requirements

The nature of this role dictates that the candidate has a mix of project management skills and technological understanding including:

  • Tertiary qualification
  • A current industry recognised Project Management qualification
  • Previous experience working for an IT vendor
  • Understanding of unified communications and video conferencing will be beneficial
  • Excellent English language skills
