    The Interactive business was undergoing a significant growth phase. It’s telephone service was running on an ageing PABX system which was nearing its end-of-life and at its full capacity. Interactive were seeking to upgrade to a more ‘current’ technology to achieve ongoing cost benefits and also enable additional functionality through unified communications technology and IP telephony.

    Interactive Pty Ltd chose Lync 2013 as the solution for their business, a solution which seamlessly connected with the Avaya telephone system which was recently deployed to support the service desk.
